Eligibility & Account Creation

• Users under the age of 18 must have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

Notebook Purchases & Exam Access

• Access to specific mock test exams is explicitly tied to the purchase of corresponding Susri notebooks.
• All physical notebook orders are subject to availability and shipping timelines.
• Payment must be completed via our authorized payment channels before digital access to the exam system is granted.

Acceptable Use of the Exam System

The mock test system is designed solely for educational, non-commercial use by students from Class 1 to Class 10.

Intellectual Property

All content included in the app and website is the property of Susri or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. This includes:

• Text and exam questions
• Graphics, logos, and notebook designs
• Software and digital systems

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Susri is an educational aid. While we strive to provide high-quality mock tests aligned with school curriculums, we do not guarantee specific academic grades or results from using our platform.

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
